Floyd County Parole vs Probation
Kentucky assigns two separate roles to agencies involved in community supervision. The Kentucky Parole Board decides eligible parole cases. Floyd County Absconder Status
Conditions are set by the controlling court, Parole Board, and DOC record. Public sources may show a supervision status, but private schedules, treatment data, home details, and case notes may be restricted. An *** ABSCONDED *** notation in KOOL means alleged loss of contact or noncompliance. It should not be rewritten as a new conviction, a confirmed arrest, or a routine community release.
